Project Developer (Solar / Storage) – Boston

Location: Boston, MA
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 DOE + Bonus

Overview:

Are you experienced in taking solar and battery storage projects from site control to Notice to Proceed (NTP)? Do you want to join a local team of experienced developers in the North East? If yes, please read on!

The Role:

We have partnered with a growing 40-person Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Developer based in the Boston area. They are looking to expand their development team after establishing a robust pipeline of 1-10MW sites in the North East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Development:
    • Take solar and battery storage projects from site control to NTP.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with a local team of experienced developers to manage projects.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Oversee the development of a significant pipeline of 1-10MW sites.

Non-Negotiable Skills/Experience:

  • Project Development:
    • Experience in developing solar, storage, or wind projects.
    • Proven track record of managing projects in excess of 500KW.
  • Location Commitment:
    • Willingness to be in the Boston office three days a week.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Renewable Project Development:
    • 2-3+ years of experience developing renewable projects ranging from 1-10MW.
