Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, induct, and train employees according to Subway® standards
• Lead by example in employee development
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Receive deliveries, match orders, and handle daily banking tasks
• Prepare necessary paperwork for stock and sales, including employee pay and timesheets
• Manage cash balances and minimize waste
• Ensure full compliance with Subway® and local council regulations
• Conduct inventory management and weekly stock checks
• Analyze weekly sales and inventory reports to enhance business performance
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation through housekeeping activities
• Implement in-store marketing materials and promotional campaigns
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to prevent accidents
• Foster a safe environment for employees and customers
• Promote high levels of customer service among staff
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Deliver excellent service in product sales and customer inquiries

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience as a Catering Manager, Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Deputy Manager
• Strong management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
