Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CQC Registered Manager to oversee our Domiciliary Care operations in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and supportive business with a committed care team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high quality and consistency throughout the service
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with staff, service users, and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations
- Efficiently manage the team
- Expand service hours with private and local authority clients
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience in care management
- Must be a driver with own vehicle
- Motivated and ambitious with a passion for challenges
- Excellent understanding of CQC regulations
- Team-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Level 5 qualification
